The never-ending thoughts

She sits in the dark
in the silence, which
she has created for
herself, because of him
she no longer knows
who she is, she
loved him once before
and all he did was
break her heart with
his many different ways.
Over and over she let him
do it. One day she let
him go telling him she
couldnt handle it anymore.
She moved on, started to
fall in love again, but her
heart still belonged to
the one before, and he
wouldnt let her go
Her heart got broken
yet again when her new
love couldnt take her
ex being around and
she hanging with him
almost like they were
repairing their old relationship
which was actually happening
She was heartbroken and devastated
but her loneliness called out
for old love, and back she
went to the only love she
knew, her friends knew
what the final result would be
but she didnt care,
she needed to feel wanted,
being with him took the
hurt out of her heart,
but of course liked her
friends assumed his words
wouldnt heal her broken
heart, just make the cut deeper
she realized her feelings werent
the same as she thought, and
being with him wasnt what
she really wanted. So once
again she pushed him away
But for how long? As she
sits here now, wondering
why the hell she now
wants him back, she
thought she had him
figured out but I guess
those memories mean more
than the words said, as
she sits in her sorrow of
wanting the love between
him and still the newly ex
She wonder can she forget
him, the only one who
has her key to her heart
and the one who aint
going to give it back
because he LOVES HER!
