Flashbacks x

Every time i think of things
Everything comes back,
It's like i have to re-live it all
And everything turns black !

It really does feel
Like its happening again,
It all feels so real
And causes so much pain.

I still get the flashbacks
And wake up in the night,
Terrified it's going to happen again
With no-one to say it's alright.

I've blocked things out for so long
And tried to forget about them all,
But things come back even worse
And i feel so small !

Sometimes i just want to be held
And to never let go,
But i don't trust anyone enough
To hug me you know.

I feel as though it's asking to much
And pushing it to far,
Someone else deserves it more than me
Someone who's a star !!
