Finally Tamed

by HidinVictim   Dec 21, 2007

Rip out a heart
And lay it to waste
Just another nameless face?
Kiss a cheek
Where you touch it bleeds
A silent plea
Don't let this love proceed
A want to be free
From the seduction of your gaze
The heat when you call that name
A maimed breast is a tamed breast
So send your page
To get a cage
For the maimed heart
That you tamed
And tore apart.

This was another phenomenal write, there was so much emotion, and you conveyed your message with so much power. The beginning of the poem was so so powerful, completely destroying the person. Adding so much in those simple words/lines to the poem! Keep up the amazing work!
