Battle Against Combustion

by Nix   Dec 22, 2007

Emotions and ideas for riots
engaged empty spaces,
chaos fluxes,
chaos lurks,
chaos apprehends...
...chaos...

... Fire...
-images
permutes quickly-
Dragons fly
(cause they can't go
through the
underground)
... burns...

Explosions,
unknowingly summoned
devil
haunts.
Numbers on the screen,
only numbers on screen...
... and fire...
Recollection of purposes
(landslip of life)
... burns...

Medallions of longings
into pulsing veins
embedded.
Senseless quests
plugged into
memories.
Order of colors- mixed,
control- lost.

... Fire...
matches are chaos,
autonomy;
Felicity was dug out
from the graves.
... burns...

Battle
against
combustion-
forfeited long time ago
and twisted dukes
now are
hanged.

... Fire...
... burns...

    Wow...
This is completely mind-blowing, endlessly original and powerful. I like free form of the poem, it has some unusual and so effective rhythm that made me shiver while I was reading this. Whole idea for the poem is truly brilliant. I love it from the beginning to the end and I can't chose my favorite part: Every stanza is superbly written and equally great. This is one of my favorites from you. Effective from the first to the last line, very creative and deep. There are so many hidden meanings behind your captivating descriptions and I admire metaphoric content of this poem. You should be truly proud.
Keep writing, you truly have a way with words!
