Everyday brings another regret,
I feel them tearing me up inside.
Pain pierces me with every breathe,
Knowing this pain will never subside.

Thinking back to those moments,
When I was carefree and happy.
But those moments died long ago,
& Now I'm a walking tragedy.

Never thought I'd end up this way,
Overtaken with guilt and hate.
Used to be optimistic & hopeful, but,
Pessimism destroyed my mind state.

Maybe one day I'll be okay again,
As for now, this pain is all i feel.
Maybe I'll stop these cuts and bruises,
Or maybe...maybe, I just won't heal.

    O_o. I'm in love with these lines. Simply beautiful. The whole poem was wonderful m'dear. The flow was flawless and the emotions hit the reader's heart. Fantastic job, as always. Overall: 5.5
