Destiny

How does a bird fly?
Is it the wings that give it flight, or the presence of a heart of might.
When it leaves the ground,
the bird has a wish, which does come forth from the lift of the wind.

So if the precious wings were taken away,
would a bird be complete despite a forced stay.

Would eternity of a different fate alter the destiny
of the route to take.
