Excellent poem. Wonderfully written. Rhyming was excellent and everything flowed very well. I love how you put the title in the last line, I always like when poets do that.

"A clean break was what I was hoping for;
I couldn't hold onto these feelings anymore."

I'm in love with those lines, an excellent beginning.
