Same thing - again and again

I was a kid
found happiness in everything
i could dance & sing
with no secrets hid

now, days have gone
everything is strange
i didn't want to change
what has been done !!

i learned to live
accept everything the way it was
because i didn't want pain or loss
that life would give

i learned to trust
but only got betrayed
that didn't stop me
i let all pain rust

is that a mistake??
well i do not care
it does hurt me
when people are fake

it doesn't matter
among hundred fake ones
i know i will still find
at-least one better

i still walk along
in the same path
heart filled with hope
that nothing more can go wrong..!!
