A Perfect Love With Her

Once I had to hide,
my feelings for a girl.
And when she let me go,
it felt like the end of the world.

So I picked up the shattered pieces,
of my heart up off of the floor.
And I started walking,
in search of something more.

And pretty soon I found someone,
who's all I've ever wanted and more.
Because she makes me so much happier,
than I've ever been before.

We first met at a party,
danced, laughed, and had a good time.
And it wasn't long after that,
when I asked her to be mine.

The next time we hung out together,
everything felt great.
And from our first kisses and vows,
I knew that it was fate.

Like the way she holds me,
when I'm tired or just feeling down.
And how just hearing her sweet voice,
makes a smile from my frown.

She can always stop my tears,
and make me happy any time.
And that's only some of the many reasons,
why I'm so glad to call her mine.

So this new love that I've found,
is as perfect as can be.
And I'm sure I want her to stay,
forever here with me.

For I can't imagine life without her,
