Whose arms r these?

Whose arms r these, with cuts hiding beneath the sleeves?
whose arms are these with so many red lines, attempts to make everything alright,
whose arms are these PLEASE TELL ME THEY ARE NOT MINE!

[please tell me this is all just a dream, i will wake and no longer feel the need to reach for the blade.]
