Eating away at her soul
the sadness doesn't go
keeping it all hid inside
so no one will ever know

cutting her way through the silent pain
she's all alone tonight
giving up and ending it
she doesn't want another fight

faking away her life
seems to be okay
her parents think shes fine
can she last another day?

a day is filled with hate
she can't seem to get it right
why can't she be perfect,
why can't she be alright?

wanting to die is her only dream
she has no future in sight
pulling the trigger, ending it all
she finally sees the light
