Loseing grip

As i look at my reflection
Tears come to my eyes
I see my ugly scars
The secrets that i hide

I pull those long sleeves down
To cover ragged lies
I hold this empty stomach
I try to change its size

I let the water run
To mask my desperate sobs
I take some diet pills
And let them do their jobs

I hide my ugly face
So the world will never see
The tears behind my eyes
And all thats really me

This smile is my mask
The way i hide my life
They never see the truth
Cause everyone is blind

But when I'm all alone
This smile starts to slip
And tears will take its place
I'm slowly losing grip
