Just because I'm smiling
doesn't mean I'm totally satisfied
doesn't mean I'm totally content

Just because I'm smiling
doesn't mean I'm jumping for joy
doesn't mean I'm happy

Just because I'm smiling
doesn't mean my heart's not crying
doesn't mean my heart's not breaking
doesn't mean my heart's not dying

Just because I'm smiling
doesn't mean "I'm fine"

Just because I'm smiling...please don't believe me when i say "I'm fine.."
