The Two Sides of Love

I can make you feel unbreakable,
Or destroy you with a single word.
I can protect you from anything,
Or be a bird and make you the worm.
I am easily your biggest strength,
And also your greatest weakness.
I can rescue you with just a look,
Or leave you shattered and speechless.
I say I love you but it's only words,
Did it really come from my heart?
Even though I have hold of yours,
