Yesterday was filled with tears
Knowing death had just been here
A life so young and gone so fast
Afraid this pain may never pass

And how I long to see the day
When all this misery floats away

Remembering sweet thoughts of you

The air is cold my heart as well
Regretting things I'll never tell
Letting go is the hardest part
I guess I knew that from the start

When forever we will stay
Torn together yet apart
To hear the beating of one heart

The grave is dug you're lowered in
Forgiven now for every sin
I'll sing for you just one last song
