Silent cries

Theres so much pain inside my heart
its slowly tearing my life apart
i dont know how to make it go
i cant let any of the others know

i have to be brave and strong
i have to get up and carry on
feeling all this pain inside
crying at night as i quietly hide

thoughts come creeping to my head
making me think id be better off dead
so much tears fall from my eyes
but no one can hear these silent cries
