Grave Angel

by stillmomsgirl   Dec 31, 2007

I see her there
She doesnt move
doesn't speak
doesn't breathe
I see the cold, mocking stone
that makes me
fall to my knees
I see the freshly cut grass
around the stone
that feels cool against my feet
I see the letters on the stone
that say
"An angel lies here"
and I admit defeat.

One thing that I noticed was you need a apostrophe for everytime you said doesn't. Umm, what else... This poem had a little bit of imagery, which was really good. Other than that, I don't think there was anything wrong with this poem, no major flaws... Nice write. 5/5.

Wow. this is like the most deepest and saddest poem ever. i really don't know what to say [since i've never been in that sort of situation] other than 5/5.

    keep you chin up.
because there are ppl dying just to see you fall.

sooner or later things will work out. and it'll seem like most everything will fit back in place. it might take a while. but i believe all things happen for a a reason. and i also believe that miracles really do happen.

so keep a smile on your face and be thankful for what you have.

    much much much love,
    mac.<3
