I Have MuggleCast

by Rachel   Jan 1, 2008

Christmas dawns early, for winter, at least.
I wake up, looking forward to my presents,
As well as tonight's feast.
But when the preparations for the meal begin, I
sit by the computer and look through the lists.
"Ah," I say, with a smile on my lips.
"There's a new episode that I must have missed."
I plug in my iPod, wait anxiously while it syncs;
Will Jamie be on? I hope so so much.
When, with joy, I hear his name and voice,
I listen intently for the first of sarcasm,
Jokes, or general humor. The first in 3 months
Is obviously exciting.

The others all amuse me as well, Andrew
totally random; Laura almost as funny;
Matthew, the guess for the past few weeks,
not quite a replacement for the ones that have
gone, but still pretty cool, at least better than
a Pottercaster (although no offense to them);
They'll be ending soon, and I'll miss them so,
but if they really do have to go,
I'll support them still,
With the very last ounce of love that I have
For Potter and MuggleNet.

Discussion, debates, conversations galore.
the whole theme itself is not completely set,
Make the Connection and Quote Quiz both
are completely hilarious, in their own ways.

The waiting each week isn't fun, many
wish they wouldn't have to wait so long.
But every episode pays in it's ways,
Giving us laughs and ideas to think about.
So tonight, as I go to sleep, I'll listen
to MuggleCast, to give me good dreams.

I'll try to stop annoying my friends
by obsessing so much. But it's difficult
sometimes, especially when you write out
your feelings, not to annoy them just a
Little bit. So in 2 weeks, when I go
Back to school, I'll tell my friends
that Jamie's back. They'll roll their eyes, tell me
I'm obsessed. They'll tune me out, but I
won't care at all. Because even when
It feels like I'm all alone, I'm not. Because
I have MuggleCast.
