My hopes and dreams have been shot down
once again
He never said it
But he never had to
I can tell by his words
Short but sharp words
They cut me deep
Leaving tears falling from my eyes
If only he knew I hurt,
if only he knew how much he hurt me
then maybe he would care
Iam now as good as roadkill
in his eyes
Just another thing you swerve around to avoid hitting
but he already hit me
and I hurt
I feel pain
and I will make sure.....
