Caucasian Chopsticks

The window flashes, new words on the screen
All these pictures brought to these eyes to see
Oh, baby, you're gorgeous, you're the prettiest thing
To walk this Earth. Be my queen and I'll be your king.

The memory of hearing your soft breathing on the line
And waiting for your phone call in the middle of the night
Just to hear you say my name, to hear your laugh
Your image carries some of the fondest memories I have

I'll never love anyone as much as I love you
And hopefully, if things go right, you can rest in my arms
You've made me feel so complete, so brand new
And I'll swear on my soul that I'll never break your heart

If I could, I'd start a conquest, take over all of the Earth
And give it to you, to pay back for all of this shared hurt
I'll pay you back, 120 percent, for all the things I did before
Because there is no girl I think that I could love more

Lest the sun and stars fall and smash us piece by piece
We can just lay here forever, and then the world can see
How much you mean to me, that you matter so much
Baby, I'd do anything to just embrace you in gentle touch

I'll never love anyone as much as I love you
And hopefully, if things go right, you can rest in my arms
You've made me feel so complete, so brand new
And I'll swear on my soul that I'll never break your heart

The bonds of fate that so bind us
Baby, you know it was never about lust
When you stop smiling, my world will end
But let's just enjoy each other until then
Because we all know it'll never happen
Without you, this heart would be all misshappen

I'll never love anyone as much as I love you
And hopefully, if things go right, you can rest in my arms
You've made me feel so complete, so brand new
And I'll swear on my soul that I'll never break your heart
