Today We Had Ham Sandwhiches

Today we had ham sandwiches
meat and cheese all gooey inside
but the bread was yucky
all brittle and dry

today we had meatloaf
and boy it smelled good
but the inside was red
all icky with blood

today we had pizza
ain't that sweet
but it was all black
burnt to a crisp

today we had ham sandwiches
oh yes we did
it was so perfect
we made them with men

*My friend and I were reading poems then I started to tell her what I had eaten..(ham sandwiches) she had thought I started reading another poem and was like WTF? we laughed and I told her I would write a poem about ham sandwiches.*
