Sealed in a jar

by jason   Jan 3, 2008

No place to go,no place to hide
cold winter wind at her side
snow feels heavy, closing in the door
nobody knows your name anymore
its a shame,no one to blame
freezing calling out her name
sit and watch her walking to the car
she don't see cause watching from afar
a distant smile looks out of place
as she wipes the hair from her face
she turns to look as if someone there
the cold January wind blowing at her hair
a warm smell she remembers with a tear in her eye
the wind blowing making the sound of a sigh
kids hurry to the car,to feel the heat
a cry of mercy stomping to the beat
let her go,let it be
must it be so heavenly
the wind subsides,snow now died
its the same each January night
the time of a death he still watches from afar
just once a year he See's them, then sealed in heavens jar..
