Goodbye hun

It was dark out...10:00.
i couldn't wait for my lover to return,
he thinks that i am a good girl...but boy will he learn.
I feel a longing that i have never felt before,
It's burning me from within.
Wont be long and he'll be mine to share the sweetest sin.
Want and desire make my body quiver,
Just the thought of tonight is enough to make anyone shiver.
I'll light the candle and wait upon the bed,

11 goes by and finally 12.
the front door shuts and footsteps climes up the stairs to me.
He opens the door and doesn't even notice,
He doesn't see the candles lingering on.
Quick and swift, I move to press my body to his,
But the I notice that he's here but i am alone.
I cant help but wonder what's going on,
Cause even though here with me he feels a million miles away.
And i lose ability to speak,
I don't know what to say,
The scent of perfume has filled the air.
Without saying a word I get up and leave
With tears filling my eyes.
Blinded by my pain I don't think, I do.
I grab the gun and race back to you.
You're eyes open wide with fear,
When you notice that i have returned.
Maybe even you can tell the end is near,
Your mouth drops open as you foretell what's to come.
You start to stutter as you try to explain,
And try to tell my the reason for my pain.
But i don't want to hear it,
And your words are cut off by the sound of the gun.
My tears fall silently and i whisper softly "goodbye Hun"
You take your last breath and fall to the floor,
You will never cheat on me again, no not anymore
