An Abuse Story

by HidinVictim   Jan 3, 2008

He puts her on a pedestal
And then he knocks her down
A tear stained face
And steel toed boots her only grace
He pulls her to her feet
And makes her say
She loves him and his taste
Kicks her to the floor
Crimson tears and body fluid her lord
He walks out the door
She can take this no more
He returns in the morn-n
With a caress of his cheek
His flesh and, her blade meet.

I don't really know where to put this so please give me ideas. This poem was inspired by a book I'm reading And On The Eighth Day She Rested.

That was a powerful poem! Your choice of words as always was outstanding, you painted a clear picture... movie in my head. It flowed perfectly, and held so much emotion! Keep up the amazing work!
