I like how you ended the poem with your title, it wrapped everything up together. Good job, I would like to see more imagery that appeals to the senses next time like

"Forgetting myself--
Trapped in orbs entwined
of horrible memories
haunting my frail mind"

With your potential, I would like to see some truly raw, free-flowing, non-rhyming poems. :)
