What is depression

What is Depression,
Is it a faze of life.
Or is it just a,
opportunity to grab the knife.

Do not ask me,
For I don’t know.
For me its just a time,
For your feelings to really show.

I know people with it,
I fear I have it myself.
There not much to do,
Just go to the shelf.

With your luck,
I hope you find a book.
Maybe it will show you,
The right place to look.

Our feelings are ours,
What does that mean.
My feeling are not here,
Their nowhere to be seen.

So as I lay here,
Finding out what’s wrong.
I will realise that,
I never had feeling all along.
