Because your my best friend,
Id run around the world to hold your hand,
by your side forever,
i promise i will always stand.

Because your my best friend,
Id give up the world to wipe away a tear,
Just to watch you smile again,
And watch the fading of your fear.

Because your my best friend
no matter where you are,
Ill come running to see you,
no distance is ever too far.

Because your my best friend
I look up to you,
Although your younger than me,
Your also stronger too.

Because your my best friend,
I hope you look up to me,
Because being your best friend
Makes me be the best that i can be.

    I like the simplicity of this piece, as well as the heart felt emotions you've expressed. I think it's good that it's not too long, four to six stanzas is usually a good amount. I especially liked the last line, very heart warmiing.
