Heart broken

Tears ran out of her beautiful light blue eyes
when he looked her dead in the face and said
why did you do it
he wouldn't listen
she hadn't cheated
she watched as her relationship crashed down around
her
he sentenced her to a life alone
never to taste the sweet nectar of love
never to love another
so she sat at he kitchen table
tears floveing like a water fall
clutching his picture tightly in her hand
she slings the memory across the room
runs and slings herself upon her bed
she solemnly berries her headinto her pillow crying
uncontrollably
surrounded by their smiles
