The air i breathe

It's genius how it worked
our paths intertwined
you were always there
who knew you could be mine

you love me though you barely know
my quirks and my flaws
and yet you call be beautiful
and still harder yet i fall

hypnotic words of affection
spill from your sacred lips
grasping a hold my heart
begging for that kiss

though the line is thin
uncertain and unclear
its those few precious moments
that i hold so very dear

fulfill my every dream
cause me to melt in your arms
brush the hair from my eyes
dazzle me with your charms

Hold me close to your heart
I'll swear I'll stay true
it's worth the air i breathe
for the chance of being with you

    The title was wonderful, but the poem itself... wow! It actually took my breath away. It was very good, I fell in love with it. Your flow was good and I loved your choice of words. I can relate to this piece 100%. I thought about my boyfriend and the first time I saw him whenever I read this. It was so sweet, keep it up darling! 5/5 <3 <3 <3
