I think this is a great poem! The flow is awesome, and your message is very clear. About giving it to the guy you love, if I were to give my boyfriend a poem I wouldnt state that he has to stay with you forever... I dont know if you guys are dating, and if you are how long you have been dating for, but at this age its alittle much. Just because you have so much more to go through university and everything. That could make it seem really final and scare him off. Just my opinion, so I would write a poem, about how much you love and care about him, and leave it at that for now.
Don't worry though you dont have to listen to me just a suggestion and I hope it works out for you :)
