Innocent angel

Innocent angel so not me
thinking of what used to be

looking back how did it end
now youre just an ex-best friend

you hate me and i hate you
the saddest part i really do

why were we friends i forgot
how is it that we never fought

cause now we do all of the time
to you my life is just a crime

but im still here and so are you
there really isnt room for two

your friends like you but mine like me
it would suck to be one in between

to have to choose from both of us
not to pick would loose our trust

innocent angel couldnt be
guilty of hating both you and me

    Wow!! what a deep poem so much emotion and hurt lol not saying hurt is a good thing just saying that you can feel what you feel deep inside...Lol i wrote a poem alot like this one but it was for a poetry contest and my teacher took it and i never got a chance to submit it...But your poems are so wonderful!!!

    Great poem... I've had quite the same situation... I like that in addition to the story of your friendship, you've added that idea about innocent angel:

    innocent angel couldnt be
    guilty of hating both you and me

    It makes the poem deep i think...
