Hurt

Battered and bruised
lost and confused

trying to find happiness
but left with only sadness

hurting inside but all damage
has made her cover up
her tears and fears

dying, crying, trying
to find hope but all is lost
fighting to be heard
but losing all contact

losing faith to be saved
giving up promising to
take this pain to the grave

if only she wondered
how can this be stopped?
