This is absolutely amazing. You managed to say so much with two stanzas and that is truly impressive.
I love your writing style- very interesting and refreshing. Excellently written poem, elegant and filled with emotions. Short yet endlessly effective and touching. I like your choice of words and the fact that this isn't one of those clishe love poems- this piece is powerful, filled with inner beauty and uniqueness.

This is such an amazing poem.
The length of it really shows the power of words and I love the fact that's its not the stereotypical love poem.

I thought the last stanza was beautiful.
"Grasp onto perishable items,
never let them leave your sight.
For, if we lost only those -
we'd lose everything we've chose."
Spoken wise and true.
