Change Fate?

Make a wish,
flick, splash
embraced in the liquid mirror
ripples spread

Days; months past
i see my wish,
but in a hard cold shell
winter has come

Snowflakes fill the air
blowing against all
snowmen visiting again
Comfort in families

That wish may not of came true
but it will always
always be with all those other wishes
knowing not just me wants to change fate
