Sweet suicide

by sarah debrincat   Jan 11, 2008

I'm telling a story of a girl but 16,
Her name was Sarah.
But princess it means,
This princess wanted to follow her dreams,
But in her head nothing is what it seems.

She always wanted a fairytale life,
But all these wants turned into a knife,
Stuck in a trance as she stare at the blade,
Her eyes slowly closed all reality would fade,
Her lips would tremble she was no longer afraid,
Death will fall upon her as her blood was drained,
Like her wrist, the white tiled floor will be bloody and stained.

Her family could see the warning signs,
That lead to their baby-girls demise,
Her spirit is broken,
her eyes are hollow,
all that she can feel is sorrow.

Her body is but an empty shell,
This princess wants to say farewell|
But her friends and family wont let her go,
They can see she doesn't belong here,
When shes alone she shed's a tear,
The tear isn't from happiness or pain,
But because she wont see her family again.

She will hide in the corner of her room,
This will slowly bring her to her doom,
She hears voices screaming in her head,
But theres one voice that she dreads,
This voice will tell her fate,
And then will tell her she doesn't have to wait,

It will tell her what to use,
It is now using her as its muse,
It loves to see her in pain,
She is now playing its deadly game.

Precisely cut down the wrist,
She is a tragic soul that wont be missed,
As the princess falls to the floor,
Her life flashes before her eyes,
this was her sweet suicide
