Hi Jolena,
First I would like to say that this poem has great potential. It has a great concept, and some of it is even picture perfect. What I mean by picture perfect is that I see it clearly in my mind, certain parts of it at least. Some of it is choppy and sounds forced rhymed. For example

"Climbing this wall
just brings me down
to crumble. Trying
for you just makes me
stumble. Theres no harm
in stopping fore I am so
humble."

I believe that it would have sounded a whole lot better if you had just went with the flow of it. Here's a solution, try writing this particular poem over, but do it as free verse and just go with the flow of it and see how you do then. I think that you have talent you just need to dig a bit deeper to pull it out; but that is what we're all here for, to help one another. You have the poem on so many younge people's minds. great work on this piece. i love how you write your poetry. there is always a suddle sadness yet an undieing hope with in the words. great work. i wouldn't change a thing with in this poem
