He'd know how good he was

by justeene   Jan 15, 2008

If he hadn't left at the young age,
Just 24 life had only begun.
Now his three young children,
Left behind with their mum.
He must not have heard it,
Not from anyone he knew.
Just how special he was,
And how much we need him too.
I still wonder what he was thinking,
When he took his own life.
How could he have done it,
To the woman he called his wife.
If he were still here,
Right beside our sides.
Id make sure everyone told him,
And not let their feelings hide.
But does he know,
Now he has left,
Does he know himself,
How good he was.

It's a shame when people think that the world would be better off without them, especially when there are 4 people in there life who love them so much. It's heartbreaking. Wasted youth, wasted potential for beautiful things, and a beautiful poem.
