Supernover elevator

by jason   Jan 15, 2008

As time goes by
i reach for the sky
crying out aloud
burning through the cloud
distant dreams become memories
everything is not what it used to be
my heart expands only to implode
not knowing what way to go
riding the supernova elevator
my chest tears to pieces leaving fragments of paper
that will turn to dust
each time i think of us
i look back as i reach the final stairs
only to see its too late you did really care
my life now goes by with a distant cry
its all too late for you to realize
there could be another for each of us
but my heart will always have you aboard its bus
supernova elevator expands the heavens
you will always be on my elevator 24/7..
