No One Cares

No one cares
about the pain I bear

They simply shrug it off
saying,
"Don't worry"
and
"All the best"

What it feels to me
that they are saying is
'I don't care"

Why doesn't anyone care,
How I feel inside?

Why doesn't anyone help me?
Why am I left here to cry?
