Goodbye to a world,
That rejected my very being,
Goodbye to a reality,
That was anything but free.

Goodbye to a world,
I never truly belonged,
Goodbye to everyone,
That has done me so wrong,

Goodbye to a world
Where everyday I look and see,
So many uncaring faces,
Looking at me,

Goodbye to my friends,
That rejected me,
Saying goodbye to the wretched,
That would be me.

I am no one special,
that you want to know,
For I am the forsaken,
And I've lost my glow.
