Ups and Downs

Feelings bottled up inside.
Seems so much easier
just to hide. Your voice
seems to echo in my head.
"I'll never lie", that's what
you said.

All the pain, and every
scar, only makes us who
we are. Every once in a
while, you begin to fake a
smile.

You feel that you've run out of
love, or that you belong up
above. Your head is completely
filled with doubt, but right
before your luck runs out...

You find the things that you once
had. No longer do you feel down
and sad. Part of life are ups and
downs. So many smiles, but also
frowns.

Moods are changing with the
season. Every tear falling down
for a reason. Better days will
come your way. Happiness will
