Starting over..

Here is to a brand new start.
Throwing away my broken

Making myself a new life goal.
You took my heart, but you can't
have my soul. I know there's
not much left of me, but I'm done
dreaming of what we could be.

I know that making you a thing
of the past, is something that I
won't accomplish fast. All I know
is I have to try. I'm tired of the
hurt, and I don't want to cry.

It's time to wipe away all my tears.
I'm letting go of all my fears. I'm
making a choice to try and let go.
Some things, about me, I wish you
didn't know.

There's no time left for past regrets.
I'm changing, now that I've far payed
my debts. It's now my time to move
on and be free. No longer will I limit,
