Bomb Threat (1/18/08)

So, at first, I thought today wouldn't be going so well
But when I heard about the drill, everyone said: "What the hell?!"
At first we thought it was a fire drill, not a big scare
But then we were told to run to our homerooms, he wasn't there
I ran out of the locker room, and saw his face
I ran to him and kissed him, and then escaped the place
As we let go, he had to run the other way
It felt like the Titanic, and he was being pulled away
I felt like Rose, and Jack had to say goodbye
When my friend and I were walking outside, I had a tear in my eye

We had to walk to the highschool, and it scared me
Because the only thing I could think was: "Where is he?"
My heart started to beat so fast, I hadn't seen him anywhere
He was the only thing on my mind, I really did care
Tears were coming out, and my friend said I was going to be okay
I looked at her and said: "Not unless I know he has a safe place to stay"
Outside I felt a tap on my shoulder, and I saw it was him
We walked even more, then finally got to the gym
I felt so happy that he was alright
And I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight

When we got back to our school, we stayed in lunch
I didn't feel good, so I was in a hunch
Then I felt him grab for my hand, and squeezed it tight
I saw the look on his face, it had shone so bright
I let out a smile, and then the announcements came on
It was so boring, like an endless stupid song
Then it was time to go home, so I went to my locker
And I thought to myself: "Wow, this day was a shocker"
Then me and him walked outside, and we had to say goodbye
I kissed him and walked away, and knew, I wasn't going to cry
