I just want to go away
Collapse into myself
And just hide

There's no hope
I'm here by myself
Lacking help and concern

I'm reaching out for help
Though no one seems to care
Is there even anyone out there?

Hear my calls of pain
Heal my hopes and dreams
Let me live

    Wow...
    I truly love this, I can relate to it in a way. It seem that you really have a way with words. The message of this piece is excellently portrayed along with amount of deeply touching emotions expressed on a great way. Quite powerful poem.
    My favorite stanza is:

    - I just want to go away
    Collapse into myself
    And just hide-
    ^^
    Very effective beginning, it pulled me straight into the piece.
