Lace Curtains (Rictameter)

I've decided to repost some of my older poems. This one was written in January of 2006

Lace Curtains

pretty
lace curtains hang
in the open window
fluttering from the warm spring breeze
brings the feelings of peace and love within
white and pure, handmade from an old
forgotten wedding veil
once again hangs
pretty
