The name is Taylor, and I'm 5 foot 6
Instead of saying "girls" I say "chicks"
I have long blond hair, and I'm always crazy
Other times I'm a pessimist, and I can be lazy
I've got those brown eyes that the guys would kill for
Except I'm clumsy as hell, like when I run into doors
I trip on nothing and fall almost everyday
And when someone makes a remark, I'll have something to say
I don't take crap from anyone, and I stand my ground
I get those butterflies in my stomach when someone special is around
I've got my best friends, and we're always being dumb
Like the one time, I smacked my friend and she got numb
I'm adventurous and wild, and I always speak what's on my mind
Though sometimes, I just need some alone time
I can get pretty dark, and listen to sad songs
When I'm by myself, I solve all my wrongs
I love to find those songs that can explain what I'm going through
Most of the songs, all of it is true
People say I look exactly like Avril Lavigne
I have that skill where I can make a scene
I love Superchic[k], Avril, Within Temptation, Maroon 5, and many others
My family can be fine, except for my annoying brother
I've got a great boyfriend who I adore
I won't say my life is perfect, but there could be a little more
I like Roxy, Hurley, Hollister, and AEO
I wear other clothes, I'm an all around chick, you know?
People say I'm a skater, but I don't really like to label
I don't even skateboard, so it's kind of a fable
When I go to the mall with my best friends
We buy new clothes and set the latest trends
We make fun of chicks who think they're "Oh so cool"
I say "Here comes the rejects", when we walk around school
And jeez, you have to look at the chicks we see
The ones who look young, I say "What is she, three?"
I'm as funny as anything, and I can brighten up anyone's day
Because when they're down and depressed, I know exactly what to say
I can be very emotional, but I always keep my tears in
Sometimes I have to just let them out, and try not to sin
I write poems so I can let my feelings out
Instead of sitting down and start to shout
