Fear of what

Fear of spiders.
Fear of loss.
Fear of death.
we all fear something, but what?
what is it that we fear?
or moreso why is it that we fear?
you fear rejection from someone you love,
whats going to happen if you don't talk to them at all?
you fear dying,
but how will you ever live if your worried about that!
Anything distressing in life can be overcome and made better, all you have to do is realize the fear in your heart is only holding you back. Embrace your fear, see it for what it is, and then you can go on.

just listen to your fear and understand it.
Otherwise all your doing is running away from everything.
