Believe

Believe in yourself,
is all you have to do.
To be happy,
and true.
It's hard but you have to,
believe the voice inside of you.

When you are alone in the dark,
scared and confused.
Just close your eyes,
and I'll be there.
I'm always there,
'cause I'm your soul.

I'm the voice inside you head,
when you try to decide your fate.
I'm always there,
in your body and mind.
Telling you how,
to live or die.

You can't run or hide from me,
'cause I'm here inside your heart.
You better believe 'cause I'm the voice,
telling you what to do.
When you are feeling,
sad and blue.

This is a poem I wrote 4 years ago, and I haven't changed anything in it.
And yes...I know that it's bad...
