Consequences Of The Crowd

by XxLonelyLovexX   Jan 22, 2008

The sky gets dark
as the stars begin to rise
whiles a young girl sits
holding in a surprise

She has been sitting there
for hours by and by
every since the sun was set
and the wind let out its first cry

Even though the light is lessening
she refuses to go away
for her life has forever changed
remembering only that day

The trees feel her pain
while letting out a sigh
as the girl finally crashes
only being able to cry

She screams and screams
all throughout the nigh
for she has lost the one
she fell in love with at first sight

By now her family worries
where the poor girl went
for it is the first time she has left
since her loves lifeline was spent

It should not be this way
all think out loud
if only the stranger
hadn't tried to fit in the crowd

As the girl finally comes back
with her eyes blood red
she whispers to herself
"I wish he wasn't dead"

This girl has been living her life in pain
throughout months and months gone by
all because a stranger hit her love
since he decided to drive while high
