Fear

Fear is something you feel
fear is something you can see
you hide behind your wall of desperation
just so you can find defense
you hear something creeping up to you
you don't know rather to scream or run
but fear doesn't give time to choose
so go with your senses
go with your heart
for sooner or later
you will play your part
by digging inside your subconscious
you find yourself clawing at a cage
a cage that holds your sane thoughts
thoughts that keep you from realizing your worst fears
fears that burrow deep inside your mind
fears that make you go insane
as i leave you to your thoughts
i might as well warn you
your fear is boiling beneath the surface
raging to be released
as you try to contain your fear
i need to tell you
never contain your fear!!
